General description【一般描述】	該衰老細(xì)胞免疫組化染色試劑盒包含衰老細(xì)胞檢測所需的全部試劑。其檢測原理是通過免疫組化染色法檢測β-半乳糖苷酶在pH 6下的活性。在衰老細(xì)胞中可以檢測到β-半乳糖苷酶的活性，而在休眠細(xì)胞、永生細(xì)胞或腫瘤細(xì)胞中則檢測不到其活性。
Application【應(yīng)用】	用于對β-半乳糖苷酶進(jìn)行免疫組化染色。
